About the brand

Washing method

You need help? Call us or write to us. We will organize the collection of the carpet, send it to our proven laundry, and then deliver the carpet to your home.

However, if you decide to return the carpet to another laundry, be sure to inform them about the material your carpet is made of.

Viscose, silk and cotton carpets will require particularly gentle treatment.

It is also necessary to properly spread (straighten) the carpet after washing to allow it to dry properly. We do not recommend through washing!  We recommend contact us with us if you want to refresh the carpet or remove stubborn dirt. We will indicate specialized laundry facilities recommended and tested by us.

Daily care:

In order for the carpet to retain its beauty as long as possible, it should be cleaned at least once a week.

In the case of fresh dirt:

  1. First of all, check the washing instructions on the label.
  2. The stain should be treated promptly, otherwise it may soak into the carpet permanently.
  3. Carefully drain any spilled liquid with a clean cloth and scoop up solids.
  4. Place a clean cotton cloth (preferably white) on the liquid for a few minutes and let it soak.
  5. Always start cleaning from the edge of the stain / spill and continue towards the center.
  6. Watch out! Wiping too hard can damage, felted or discolor the material.
  7. It's best to use a professional detergent (we recommend: https://carpetsandmore.pl/category/srodki-czyszczace/).
  8. If necessary, repeat the above steps from step 2.
  9. The cleaned area can be dried using a fan or a dryer at low speed.
  10. For the final effect, very gently wipe with a clothes brush in the direction of the bristles.

For everyday use, we recommend a dedicated professional cleaning agent as a panacea for all dirt, both light and stubborn: https://carpetsandmore.pl/category/srodki-czyszczace/
