Pursuant to Art. 556 et seq. Of the Civil Code, you are entitled to warranty rights for all products purchased in the Carpetsandmore.pl store for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Fill complaint form and pack it in the package along with the advertised goods. You can download the form HERE. If you do not have a printer, prepare your own complaint description.
- Send the package. You can deliver the complaint to us using one of the proposed methods:

Complaints are considered immediately if you withdraw from the sales contract, in other cases not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product. If the complaint is found to be justified, we will fulfill the claim in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in the scope of warranty.
ODR platform
If you purchase the Goods as a consumer, you are entitled to use the out-of-court method of dispute resolution and redress in the form of an interactive platform ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013. on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009 / EC.
