Fill in and send the formYou can return the goods if the purchased goods have not been used and have original tags. All you need to do is download the return document from our website, fill it in and contact us.The form must be accompanied by a purchase document - a receipt or an invoice.
The form and time of the refundAfter receiving your shipment with the purchased product at the headquarters of Carpets & More, within 7 - 14 working days, we will refund the funds paid by you in the same way as they were paid.
How to make a free return in Poland?
Fill return form and send it to: zamowienia@carpetsandmore.pl
Then call us on: +48 22 112 01 39 and/ or +48 570 871 000.
And determine the place and preferred date of receipt of the parcel. We will send you a return label that you will stick to the packaging of the returned product. We will order a courier for you and will not charge you for the return shipment.
You can also make the return in person, at the headquarters of our company at the following address: Wiertnicza 169, 02-952 Warsaw.
Remember that you have up to 30 days to return from the date of purchase and the returned carpet must not show signs of use.
